That sucks. Troubleshooting with no results is tough times. Keep at it and it will solve itself!

Another not related issue (I hope at least): Found "glycol stripes" comming from between the gear box and the engine block. I have noticed a very tiny decrease in coolant, but pretty much ignored it until now. Would guess that about 1/4 gallon had to be added the last 1000 miles. The bestguess so far is a leaking freeze plug. No glycol on the actual gear box so I think leaking head gasket can be ruled out. Onlyhave to tear down the gear box since it is off course comming from somewhere I cannot see without removing major components

Will first try adding that sealant stuff to the coolant and see if it seals up the f&%#%¤ing leak. The success is continuing.....

Anyone had a similar coolant leak withthe 4.6L 3V?

Just curious but have you had the tuner email you a copy of your tune? Maybe the tune is corrupt or the SCT Xcal is corrupt and not loading the tune correct. I know its a long shot but something easy to try. Have you pulled the spark plugs to see if you have any lean or rich conditions in any cylinders? I am just throwing these don't know if they will help.

Crazy idea.. Maybe the ECU is acting up and it's not really the tune.. Think of it as your desktop. Your ram is dieing but the computer doesn't really know it.

Don't flame me if it sounds crazy. Trying to help out..

Not cray idea at all, everything seems possible with this car!!

Performance is helping out and I will logg the car to a PCwhile driving it and they will take a look at the numbers/sensors/whatever.
