Rear brake squeek TSB. Revised brake linings???

^ Is the brake lining the pad itself? There is a TSB out & it says to replace rear brake linings but i cant figure out what exactly that is. Im sure a dealer will charge me 200 for a rear pad swap, im trying to avoid that route.
