Install kit M-4210-B: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Ring/Pinion: M-4209-G410A: http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
It's the old M-4209-G410M's that ya wanna stay away from (Motive sourced, made in Italy) but I don't think they even make 'em anymore. I just picked up the M-4209-G410A's from summit, 'Made in USA' stamped all over box/label.
Here's a bit 'o discussion on genuine FRPP vs. Motive FRPP: http://www.allfordmustangs.com/forum...e-vs-frpp.html
Can probably get cheaper online somewhere.
Pick up 3 quarts of gear oil, some Ford Friction Modifier (and seal that bottle up in about 3 freezer bags cuz even in a sealed bottle that stuff is more foul than cat ****) and you should be good to go. I also went w/ a LPW ultra Low Profile diff cover ($150) when having this done, a little beefier than stock but most importantly, fill and drain plugs for easy gear oil changes.

Ok, so I know i need a tuner (dont have the money) but i was told ford can flash it for me.
Do you guys think I can have my buddy install the gears, then take it to ford for the flash, or will the car not move?

If yer a 5-speed (manual) all that will be off is your speedo, will read high. Your buddy better know what he's doing, a gear install is a rather precise procedure to get right.

Not sure what the redline would be, but I have 4.10s but I have smaller tires 26.7" so my gears are supposed to be equivlent to 4.30s, but with the bamachips tune, everything runs and performs like 4.10s. My RPMs at 80 are just under 3000 RPMS and according to the GPS my speed is within 1-2 MPH.
