Default sound in video

The videos are fantastic! I can;t wait to get my frpp's. Do you have any other exhaust or engine mods besides the cams. Just wondering because of how great those clips sound. I didn;t know if that was on stock exhaust or not.

If you have aftermarket springs I wouldn't be afraid to run it up to 7k rpm as much as you like, especially N/A.

Since I have the stockers still in there, an occasional run up to 6.5-6.8 won't hurt anything I wouldn't think. It's not like I'm cranking it to 6.5 every day or anything. The 4.6 3V seems to be a VERY durable motor.

Cracking a valve into a piston would ruin my day but if Ford says the stock springs are capable of the cams specs up to 6800rpm (where my rev limiter is set), I'm ok with that. This is all JMO of course and I'll pay the price for overreving the valvetrain if it happens.

that was with O/R mid-pipe??? mine sounds almost EXACTLY like that with catted mid-pipe. I'm thinking of putting my O/R pipe back on but it was so f'in loud and trumpety. i may just have to reinstall this weekend for sound vids. my holidays are heating up with family and non-car crap, sucks lol . on top of that, the cams have slaughtered my little car budget. if I have the time this weekend I'll put the o/r back on and take some vids.

Ive been conversing with brenspeed about installing the thumpers along with the saleen stage 2/3 supercharger. It sounds like they have installed these cams on saleen sc applications with no negitve affect. I still need to work out the details and so forth before i pull the trigger. Id like to have a loapy cam that will also work well with a supercharger. these thumpers sound almost as aggresive as my lunati soild roller cam in my 9 sec bracket car!
