o/r = off road
X pipe = mid pipe for exhaust after the headers. the same goes for an H pipe which will give you a deeper sound compared to the raspy sound the X pipe will offer in most cases.
Lt's = long tube's which means headers. there are also shorty headers which arent a pita to install but yield less hp gains versus the lt's which ARE a pita to install but are much better down the road...lol there is this wonderful feature up there called the "search" feature try it sometimes, good luck
