Exclamation Exhaust Question?

Does anybody know what sounds good with a Pypes O/R H-Pipe? I have a SSS Axle Back and after I put the H-pipe on and the sound is a little too raspy and poppy for me. I don't want to take the H-pipe back off because it's a pain in the a$$ for one thing and second I like the sound without the cats. I'm looking for the traditional mustang deep sound. The SSS is a strait flow design like boom tubes or Magna Flow for those who don't know. I heard that Chambered Mufflers sound the best with a H-Pipe but I'm not sure what brand to look at. I think Pypes makes a Chambered Muffler (Violator). I could be wrong about that though. I don't want to spend a lot since i bought the SSS A/B already. Any Ideas?

normally chambered sounds good with an o/r H, but on the 3v they tend to trumpet and sound "tinny" the straight thru are the cleanest, the stingers and o/r h sound good, but it sounds like you didnt like the combo of straight thru/o/r H. IDK then.

All axlebacks for the s197 will sound a little raspy and poppy with an O/R pipe..its just the nature of the 3V motor! you probably have one of the best sounding setups for an O/R H-pipe IMO. you should really have someone else drive it and hear it from the outside... its totally different than you imagine from the drivers seat. trust me youll be impressed!
