my manual did the same...now got an auto it's not there anymore..
i didn't like the manual mustangs i had..too crude a gearbox and clutch for my liking

Smile clunking noises

changed my trans oil back to the ford full synthetic oil and eliminated a lot of noise. I live in southern Utah, no need for a thin dual clutch oil.
