How are you so sure it's a factory paint job?

i'm not...but if it wasn't i would truly be amazed...i just bought the car a month ago with 3100 miles...The car is perfect, no other signs of being re-painted except for this over / under spray (w/e it is)...everything is perfect...who knows, maybe it has been re-painted...

dick, it looks normal to me. To be perfectly honest (a specialty of mine), it looks like someone did a sh!tty job with the undercoat in the wheelwell, not paint overspray. Maybe I'm looking at the pics wrong, but that's what it looks like and in that case, I wouldn't worry about it unless it bugs you enough. In that case, you can go to the Zone (or something) and get one of those roll on Line-X type bed liner kits and roll it into your wheelwell to make it solid black and seal it as well.
