Default Clunk Noise??

I've been trying to figure out this "clunk" in the front end of my mustang. At first I thought it might be the suspension, it happens every time there's a rough texture on the road where it would make the car vibrate. I was told it might be my shocks, I replaced those and it's still there. Today I heard it and I noticed that the sound goes away when I press the brakes. So now I'm completely lost, could it be something with the brakes? If anyone has an idea or has had this happen before I would love to hear from you. Thank you.

Mine was doing the same thing and it ended up being some little spring things of the bottom of the brake pads. They are anti rattle clips. Ford pads have them built in, and autozone, advance etc. have pads you have to clip them on.
