Tips
Very nice car man, i like the stripes on the fender.
here are some tips for shooting with that d60.
1 USE A TRIPOD, not a flash. unless you have multiple flashes to make a light set up the flash( especially the pop up one) on the camera is useless for automotive stuff.
2 Try shooting in manual mode. leave the apperture low( allows more light for a given exposure, or shutter speed)
3 Instead of using the flash, use a longer shutterspeed and a tripod. the shutter speed alows you to adjust the exposure. you can adjust exposure with the aperture aswell.
4 Use the lightmeter on the camera to find the right shutter speed. should look something similar to
-2....-1....0....+1....+2
As you look through the camera you should be able to see the marker on the light meter adjust as you change the shutter speeed and exposure.
longer exposures > using a flash.
hope this helped. if you have any other questions feel free to shoot me a PM.
