i hope im in the right forum now. i have a 1987 5.0 mustang. i have done alot of the bolt on upgrades. i picked up a set of gt40p heads and i have ford racing beehive springs for them. will this be an instant upgrade?? if so what will i gain??

 

What do you mean instant upgrade? Heads alone will gain you about 15-20 hp, if you get the gt40 style intake to go with it, then possible you could see 20-30 hp gain.

 

LOL I guess you didn't like the answers you got in the 5.0 section. And it's still a lot of work for 25HP.

 

I just wanted to make sure i was truly making an upgrade before i did all the work. Thank you for the responses
