TT stang

i have 04 gt with a twin turbo kit on it and the other day i got on it hard from 25-120 and when i let off the engine stalled and when i tried to start it again it started but ran realy rough and sounded like it slung a rod for about 15 seconds i let it sit for about 5 min and it started and ran alot better and almost perfect between 2500 and 3100rpms so i got home and pulled the plugs and the gap had been closed on 2 of them i changed them and it ran perfect at idle so i drove it down my street when i hit 3000rpms aka boost this bitch went crazy again but didnt shut off it just dieseled and clanked and taped i shut it off and started again after 5mins and it ran semi smooth again i have no clue whats wrong with this piece of **** HELP ME
