You mean it has no vin plates? It was probably stolen or sent to a junkyard at one point if so. Its hard to get new vins issued, especially for older cars. It would be a piant to get registered.

the current owner has the VIN on a bill of sale when he bought but has no title and the vehicle does not have any vin plates. does this VIN look real 13h45to7c1196612 and do you know where i could get information on this VIN?
