Default Clicking sound just after start up

Hello fellow Mustang owners,
I recently purchased a 2010 Roush 427R. The car is totally awesome and a real experience to drive. I never drove a supercharged car before I bought this car.. all I can say is WOW.
One thing I noticed is when I first start up the car, there is this clicking sound. It sounds like its in the dash board. It does it for maybe 15 seconds and stops. It sounds like it may be in the duct system. Never owning a car with a Roushcharger I was wondering if it isn't possibly the supercharger engaging. Does anyone have any thoughts? If it is in the duct system, does anyone have the fix?
I had a 02 GT and it seemed to always have issues in the duct system. That car did not make any sounds though.
Interesting side line about my history with Mustangs. When I bought the 02, I was actually at the dealership to pick up a car for my wife. At the time I was driving a Taurus SHO. I saw the mustang on the lot and had to drive it. I was hooked when I heard the throaty V8 when I turned the key. Long story short I had that car for 5 years and had done a lot of work on the car to boost the performance. I had a job accident and ended up on disability for a few years.
Fast forward through a long healing process and going back to work, my wife found a car she liked at a local Ford dealership. We pulled into the dealership and on the showroom floor was this cherry 427R. I fell in love with it but didn't say anything to my wife. After a week of figuring out where I was going to come up with the money, I presented my wife with a plan. She said 3 words.." Go for it " Thats all I needed to hear. At first we were miles away on price. I actually know the guy who owns that dealership along with 8 others. I called him and told him what I could afford. He told me who owned the car. Here I knew the previous owner. He died suddenly about a year ago. The owner of the dealership told me he had actually ordered the 427R for the guy and bought back from the estate. He said " Steve, that car is in new condition and Im not just saying that to sell you a car." He made me a deal that was lower by 2K than any other 427R that I could find within 200 miles of where I live. He was correct about the condition. I found one chip in the paint about the size of a pin head.
So, both Mustangs were purchased when I was buying a car for my wife. She threatened me to never take me car shopping again because we end up buying 2 cars.
Look forward to hearing what you think about the noise.

Steve
