Still sounds like low fluid symptoms. When you did the work and refilled the transmission, did you do it with transmission up to operating temperature - and with the car running in gear? That is the proper way to fill the 2005-10 automatic. If you fill it cold you will not get enough fluid in.

Exactly this ^^^! Car must be in gear and level! (i.e. on four jack stands)

Only one item to clarify. If you fill it cold you will get too much fluid in. Fluids expand when they get hot
