oh yeah. i think i knew that. is that one flanged? one of these days, i'm adding either another bypass valve, or blowoff. i was going to convert to BOV, but i think i'm just going to keep my bypass and add a BOV. i like the bypass, hate the flutter sound. i wanna know what that BOV sounds like as soon as you get it done! do you have any way to record audio?

yeah its flanged, and it doesnt have that flutter sound, its just a straight woosh of air, it sounds awesome. if you want to, i would be very interested in buying one of your MAFs, cuz for now i think im just gonna go back to my original pulley, but convert to bov and add the cooler, then when i build my engine up more swap the pulleys. so whats is the most powerful blow thru MAF you have?

the next best one i have is not very useful. it was iffy at 8psi, before i did all my big mods. off hand, i dont remember what it was rated for, but the tuner said it was at or above its useful range with just what i had. if its something that could actually work for you, and more importantly, if i DO still have it laying around, you can have it, just pay shipping. i'll look around a little tonight, if i dont find it i'll check harder this weekend when i have a bit more time. it you're at 8psi or more right now though, it might not be worth it.

i think i'm going to put in an order for that BOV and make my own fitting for it. if i can get rid of this annoying flutter, i'll be WAY happier with the car! i'm sick of explaining to people that the sound it makes is a good thing, and nothing is broken.

wow, if you do have that laying around i would gladly pay shipping. thats excellent. yea, im going to use my original pulley which is like 7-8 so we'll see. if it doesnt work, oh well, its only shipping right. haha.

i just kind of jumped the gun with that smaller pulley, now that i see how much its going to take to make sure it wont detonate, im happy with going back to the original, converting to BOV, add the cooler and still make some HP gain while having a badass BOV. later build the block and viola, new pulley time.

i have a video clip of the bov and the sound it makes. i'll post it on some other site i have if you wanna listen to it, its very loud and sounds excellent. lemme know if you have that MAF laying around.

i uploaded the video clip: http://www.geocities.com/dempsted

Enjoy
