Hey now, don't you go bashin' my Hondas.. lol. In all seriousness though, I'm going to have to agree with mdvaldosta on this one. 500whp is possible on a stock block, no doubt.. but he's just saying you're pretty much asking for something bad to go wrong. Maybe your motor held up well, Nomo. But just look at the '03 Cobra video with the Kenne Bell at 17lbs vs. the z06. He won, thank god, and threw a rod in the process. Right threw the block. So all in all, if you'd like the motor to be really reliable, just spend the extra money to build the bottom end atleast. It can't hurt, right? It's added insurance.
