i've been thinking about getting some because i hear they're wicked loud when you're on the trottle. do any of you have sound clips of them on your car? if so where did you get them because i can't find them anywhere.

 

i bought mine at a local speed shop. To be honest with you, they don't really have that much "tone" to them, not much of a distinctive note. (with o/r H and lts at least). If i could do it over again i would either have gotten an X pipe or maybe Slp loud mouths. Sorry i don't have any sound clips.

The regular Magnaflow catback sounds pretty good (good tone, quiet until WOT also) but that is with the Magnaflow Tru-X catted X. After I got the blower installed, it sounds even better although it seems a lot louder too.

 

magnaflows make chambered mufflers now like flowmasters, my friend just got it on his 5.0 mustang 91 LX, it was probly one of the best mustangs i ever heard in my life.
