Honestly what I always did when spraying a large shot like that, was to build a second, complete fuel system just for the nitrous. All you need is a 1 gallon fuel cell, a Holley blue pump, some line and a regulator. This way I could use C-16 race gas when the system was activated, also fine tuning was easy since I had a seperate regulator for the fuel pressure on the nitrous system.

 

isnt c-16 like 120 octane or sumthin really high like that?? is that too high, or is that fine? someone said that i will run slower with an octane that high

 

C-16 is 116 octane, and no it won't make you run slower, people don't know what they are talking about most times when it comes to octane.

 

so i would basically be better off just running C-16? i know a guy that has a lot of that stuff and said he would sell it to me.. what is a good price for that stuff normally?

 

Last time I bought it I paid $5/ gallon, which is another good reason to run it in a seperate fuel system, plus it is leaded so if you still have O2 sensors running it all the time will kill them.

 

how would you like store it with a seperate fuel system.. wouldnt you need like a seperate fuel tank??

 

Yep a 1 gallon fuel cell works fine. You might even be able to put it under the hood somplace if you have room.
