El Rafa

Shop installed my H&R sport springs and I hear a popping noise coming from front. Sound as if there is a piece of metal dangling and banging on something when I take off. I took it back and they took them off and put them back on. I still hear them. 1st time they did it, they forgot to put on the rubber isolator. They put it on this time, but I still hear the popping. Is this normal when you drop these cars? Just seeing if it's normal before I go complain again.
