I'm running 285/40/18's on my black bullitt 18x10's in the rear, 285/35/18 would beto short & you would see a much larger gap between your wheel well. You would also have to have a programmer to adjust for tire size.

285/35/18 is only 25.9" tall. Stock tire height is 27" on these cars. That is a retarded size for your car. It will look too short in the wheelwell and it will affect your gear ration and make you have less traction.
Go with 285/40/18 it is almost exactly 27" and it is made for a 10" rim.
(You can go to 305 on a 10" rim so stop worrying about a 285 being too wide.)

I have the Black DD 18x10's on the rears and went 295/45. I wanted a wide tire for the rears but it's not a DD so I'm not too concerned with tire rotation. I did use the SCT to adject the tire rpm's as the 295/45 are a bit taller than stock.
295/45/18 is awesome. I just got those for the rearwith 18x10 Bullitts.Since they are a little taller than stock, they give the car a great muscle car stance---and fills out the wheel wells nicely to the point that lowering springs aren't totally necessary to make it look good.

ok coo... i originally wanted to go with 285, and went with 275, but they haven't shipped my rims yet, so i will call and switch to 285. i was just worried that i might wear my tires out bc of the fitting on the rim could cause it...
