Yes. At least checked for camber and toe.

Just the simple fact that the holes in either the strut brackets, the knuckles (incorrectly aka "spindles"), or both need a little tolerance so the bolts will fit through all three pieces means that there is no guarantee that upon re-assembly everything will get put back exactly the same as it was before. Even if everything was "right" then.
