I have them set to exactly 19'' (a little extra to accomodate the lower positioning in the relocation brackets) and they are completely quiet. Most rod-end type LCA's allow replacement of the ends if they wear out. Maybe contact the manufacturer and inquire about replacing them. The rod-end tolerances increase as they age.
Didnt you also change out your bolts to Grade 8 or something too?

When checking your rear suspension for sources of the noise, are you checking it with the suspension loaded or unloaded? (weight of the car on the suspension or off the suspension/elevated)?

Yes, I did actually. Replaced every bolt in my rear suspension with either a 14mmx100 (what BMR ships with their parts) or 9/16''x4''. I used whichever fit the snuggest for every part back there. Tight as a drum now. You can pick the 9/16''x4'' Grade 8's up at the local Lowes, Home Depot etc. The 14mmx100 are harder to come by. I had to order those from a distributor.
