Can someone Help with 1995 Mustang GT Suspension?
I have a 95 GT, I have put in Tockico struts and shocks, I have Eibach lowering springs and runnin 18" Saleen rims with 285/40 and 245/40's. My ride is still not smooth, a little clunky over bumps! Is there anything anyone can suggest for a Smoother ride? would different springs help? Anything else I can do for a smoother ride?

Which Tokicos?
Which Eibachs?
How much space is there to your bump stops?
How wide are the wheels and how much are your inflation pressure(s)?
Have you done any other suspension work such as replacing either the rear LCAs or just their bushings?
(FWIW, although this forum doesn't normally cater to Fox or SN95 chassis cars, for topics like this you may get better answers or guidance here. The Fox/SN95 forums are somewhat more dragstrip-oriented, or at least used to be.)

worst feeling car I've driven was my 95 gt with Eibach springs and tokico blue dampers... just not very good equipment with a suspension geometry that doesn't really like to be lowered.
as norm said, what specific tokicos/eibachs do you have??
If they're crappy Blues, an upgrade to better struts/shocks may help, but personally i didn't like the eibachs at all either.
and as for your word of "clunky".... is everything torqued and tight?
