Default Shocks for autocross.

My 07 GT had a Saleen/racecraft suspension kit since around 2009. It’s only got 19000 miles but I have been auto crossing the car for the last 3 years. Going over bumpy roads the shocks are definitely showing signs of needing replacing.

im somewhere between Koni Yellow or Bilstein. I love autocross but still like some streetability which is kinda patio ping me from considering any insane coil over set up.

can I get some ideas and thoughts?

The Konis give you the ability to adjust damping, and it doesn't take very long to adjust all four. Bilsteins may be a better compromise if you don't picture yourself making adjustments or experimenting for tweaking transient handling behavior. I've had yellows on my '08 for the last 10 years or so. Mid-firm or a bit softer for the street, half a turn or so firmer for autocross and HPDE, close to full soft for when my wife is aboard for a longer drive.

I have no idea what you're trying to say with that.
