Farrah Fawcett had a MustangII Cobra in the TV Show Charlie Angels/ There was also the Monroe Shocks Mustang II show car that was done up that sweet. It had flared body panels and big *** wheels and tires probably(16's at the time) . Pretty cool looking car. While they are the bastard stepchild of the Mustang we rode on that platform for quite awhile. BTW I am 41 and so I had the Farrah Fawcett poster in my room as well as the girl from TJ Hooker Heather Locklear and the hot blondegirl from CHIP; s I think her name was Randi or Brandi or Candi Oaks? I also had thegirl from the TV show the Fall Guy.. Lets just at 14 my hormones were raging. lol.

sorry I digressed to my pubescent memories of 14 years old, I do say I like that one with the Saleen wheels. I will move on now.

I like the red mustang II with those saleen wheels, but you'd have to carve out the wheel wells to make it fit. If you did, though....it would look pretty sweet!

I am also digging the red car with the Saleen wheels....add a Cobra II front air dam, color key all the chrome bumber inserts and you really have something there.

There was also the Monroe Shocks Mustang II show car....

In the context of the times, when its contemporaries were cars like the Pacer and the 170 HP Corvette, this was a pretty cool car. Maybe you had to be there.

I agree, I was there as a lad and thought it was a pretty cool car. How times have changed, now you can get Mustang with 600hp and a Corvette the same way. So much with the Gas crisis of the 70's etc.
