The reason I asked is because the A/F ratio normally leans out too much when an aftermarket air intake and an offroad H pipe are both used with the stock tune on the new Mustang GT's.

That is something I don't really care for on the new 3V's. You have to have it tuned in order to turn the A/C on. You'd think everytime you changed something simple like a CAI. The computer would work it out itself. Thats got to get old modding one of those. You're better off buying all the mods at once, and having it tuned after the install.

From my experience with my car, the only thing that really needs to be tuned is internal motor stuff....in my case, a .609 lift cam. The rest of the stuff was untuned and the car adjusted for it. I'd imagine the technology in the new 3V's should be sufficient w/o a handheld. I didn't even get tuned for nitrous....and it ran a perfect a/f on the dyno.
