It doesn't matter if you can make 500,600,or 1000hp with a wet kit, my point was and still is that because he wants to use a dry kit does not mean he doesn't know how to mod his car. After all it is his car.

Not so much true about that though. There are a lot of guys running around with stock motors over 600rwhp that have had it for quite a lot of miles. The idiots we all hear about blowing Terminator motors are the ones doing 150mph runs in 6th gear with the pedal on the floor still... The other ones you hear about are the ones that port thier blower do this that and the other, run the 500-550rwhp, without ANY cooling mods, and blow it up that way. A smartly modded Terminator normally wont have issues until they start pushing up into the 20psi range or the 800+rwhp range... and that's hit or miss. I have people local that have run 900rwhp TT Cobras for a few months... and people that cant do over 800 for more then a week.. go figure!

Unknown reason? Do you know how easy it is to get 469 rwhp from a blown Cobra without having to spray nitrous into the intake in short bursts and then go refill the bottle? It is a superior engine. Period.
BTW, I have most of the components for my dry shot, just need a few more. Fuel is flammable.
Please explain how it's in any way shape or form superior. Trust me, it's MUCH safer stuffing air as quickly as possible into the motor than spraying one.... It's all in your tune. Neither motor is gonna see 600rwhp+ for long periods of time w/o damage. Most Terminators only see 550'ish rwhp w/o having piston troubles.

Both can handle 500rwhp with no problems. The LS1 is a lot lighter than the 32V OHC 4.6. The LS1 gets better gas mileage. Considering both guys use nitrous, they'll both make 500rwhp CHEAP. Oh yea, before someone says something, I've already done it.....with a cam/exhaust/dry shot spraying through my air filter.....The LS1 is 100 times easier to work on. Hell, it's a pushrod for crying out loud. These are just a few of the motor only things, I won't get into how much better the f-body is setup for going fast in a straight line straight from the get go, or how much lighter they are, or how much easier they are to launch, or....

Fuel is flammable....you do realize that a dry shot pulls fuel to compensate for the nitrous only you're spraying pre MAF. A wet shot sprays post MAF and provides the fuel needed through a jet....from the very same fuel system as a dry shot would. Unless you have a stand alone fuel system, and then it's 10 times safer when you spray bigger shots. Besides, a wet kit will make TONS more torque.

If anyone has a good rebutle, I'd love to hear it.

Since he still thinks that a Terminator makes more power for less money, then yes, he doesn't know how to mod his car...it's as simple as that. Nitrous for nitrous, they're both gonna make stupid power with nothing else done to them.

20psi or 800rwhp....Most KB guys running 18lbs don't make but 640'ish rwhp....hell JDan was running right around 20lbs and was making 642rwhp.

Anyone who spends enough money on a Terminator to A:make 800rwhp and B:to sustain that power level for long time periods, could have just as easily bought the good stuff to put in the motor....or just forged any other motor they wanted. Hell, Dan04Cobra paid like $6800 or so for his KB...hello forged stroker/direct port/1krwhp.

WHAT?!?! They sell the complete Kit for a 2.6 for $3899.00 and the 2.8 for $4,199.00... Why so much? Those price also include the BAP and switch chip. Unless, you need something else im not aware of for the blower? Install cant be another 2k for these things... It's suppose to be close to a direct swap (atleast for the blower)

Well most people run that because for more power/boost they need race gas... they 2.6KB can (with the right supporting mods) put upwards of 800rwhp, and they say the 2.8KB can hit upwards of 1000rwhp with the right supporting mods... The motor is pretty stout.. there was a guy that dyno'ed 90xrwhp on his TT Cobra with the stock motor w/race gas, and it rode fine.. I think he now has a stroker block though... not sure..

Jdaniel was pullied for 17 lbs of boost and made 610 on a Mustang Dyno... so roughly 650-660 to the wheels. He got rid of the car for a reason which wont be explained over the net. Have a good day.
