God those look like fog lights you'd find on a tug boat...they're HUGE! Does your hood actually pin on, or is that for looks?

I think the ones on the right are stock, I could be wrong though. I would have to agree with pewter on the gm preformance except a few categories. The srt 4 is faster than the cobalt SS, other than that, the Camaro will out preform the Mustang currently, not sure in 09 when it actually comes out (I really wish they would come out now, after all, Dodge did it in a year, why can't GM?). The Ford GT is faster than the Z06, right? Clear me up on this Mr. Rogers is you would. As far as preformance for the buck though, they are doing pretty well (just please please please bring out a pontiac version of the Camaro.)

I was referring to the stock fog lights....and the aftermarket ones. They're HUGE!

Has anyone put a stock Ford GT into the 10's yet?

From a dig, I would say it's a driver's race. But up top the Ford GT will creep away from the C6 Z06.

Thank you Mr. Rogers. not to mention the Z06 costs a small house less than the GT.

Although it's a huge motor at over 500ci,675hp is very impressive for a N/A motor.I think you're gonna need some more parts Rog!!!
Nah, i dont think so. Ive never been impressed with Vipers, even the Hennessey Vipers. Dont get me wrong, i like them and would own over a good deal of vehicles if money wasnt really a problem, but 500hp out of 8.3L? 500hp out of 7.0L sounds better, and 550hp to the ground out of 5.4L sounds even better than that. These are heavy, inefficient motors IMO. But this thing is gonna be a killing machine.

Thats pretty ignorant. Almost as ignorant as someone saying 360rwhp is ***** from a blown mustang motor. Which it is. Wait til the modding begins. Put in a lumpy cam and a set of heads, that viper will make 700 TO THE TIRES.

The point that Cliff was trying to make, which was not ignorant IMO is the Viper engines are not efficient. They indeed are not. 8.3L and only 525hp? Plus a gas guzzler tax? Plus the additional weight that you have to deal with. It just doesn't make sense...

Yeah, but if the new ones are 8.4L and make 600-675hp,that doing pretty good IMO.Well over 1hp per cubic inch.

The new ones are 8.4L and they produce 600HP and 560LBS of torque. They make power due their size but other manufactorers have found a less costly way to make power. E Mercedes has just came out with their own 500+HP N/A engine. I believe it's even smaller than the LS7.
