I raced my buddys G35 basically the same I think they are rated at 290 hp and I beat him on three races by a few car lengths to about 80, even he said my car was faster by a long shot.

 

no buddy said it in here that a si is faster. I've just heard it before(the things people say, those same people have clam to stay neck in neck w/ a 06 mustang gt; i wish i was around for that . I think stock for stock; a Z is much quicker then a srt4. However because the srt4 comes from the factory FI; it doesnt take much money to change that story.

But dont forget if his mom gets a new 07 Z; there going to be much faster. I think some where around 320ish horsepower. and still have 270ish ft pds of tq.

and yes; the auto and 6spd are like day and nite.

 

350 vs 05+ GT = driver's race.

 

I know the older 350z you can take, especially from a dig. I worked over my a former sgt of mine a few times. They new ones would be a drivers race.
