it's a hemi
Nice kill! I actually really like the way the Legacy GTs look, it would make a really comfortable daily driver if I didn't already own the Lex.
Since ROTM did such a good job explaining the Hemi, I'll break down Subaru "stages" for you guys.
Different companies include different components for their stages, but I'll use TurboXS's since that's the route I took with my old WRX. Cobb's stuff (Accessport) only goes up to stage 2.5.
Stage 1: Purely a reflash on an otherwise stock car - expect maybe 15-20whp)
Stage 2: Reflash plus a full turboback exhaust, catless or no - with a custom tune, expect anywhere from 40-50whp
Stage 3: Reflash, turboback exhaust, catless uppipe, and TMIC or FMIC - throw in a couple more whp
Stage 4: Where my old car was at. This is pretty ambiguous, but it includes reflash, turboback, catless uppipe, TMIC or FMIC, STi or better injectors and a VF series turbo. The turbo and injectors can be completely up in the air if you're getting a custom tune, so the sky (and the block haha) is the limit on whp on a stage 4. I personally used a port/polished VF34 on my old WRX (stock JDM STi turbo) and it put down ~285whp on pump gas.
