Dude...Your V6 Avenger couldn't beat a 4 year old on a tricycle. I had a '97 Sebring LXI. That was by far the slowest vehicle I've ever owned.

I liked the LT1 Formula's. Not much on the LS1 ones though.
Just on looks? cause I personally don't like the ram air setup on the LT1 TAs myself, it looks too pig snout-ish, but the LS1 TA ram air just looks fuggin badass.

a formula is basicly a V6 body with a V8.. they look the same. The transam you can tell by the front clip and the higher wing. There are also firebird firehawks that are extreamly rare and very sweet. The formy's are not really that rare at all. Even more rare is the 96-97 WS6 transam. As for the V6's. If you raced a 93-95... Then are SLOWWWWW. The 3.4's are only good for a midish 17 second run. They were a waste of a motor.. The 96-02 however are a very nice 3.8L that sees 15's in stoke form and respond well to mods when in the right hands. My frineds 01 V6 has a track run of 15.01 with just a lid, flowmaster muffin and a K&N with a slipping clutch, open diffy and 96.6% humidity. We are about to do some gears and a LSD that will put him in the low 14's. After that some suspention work, a cold air kit and some better tires along with a clutch we should break the 13 second barrier. The 3.8's are not slow. He has already beat up on a lot of GT's at the track.

I bet it was a v6, a 5.0 needs a good amount of mods even to match an lt1.

I call a bullshiiit on ya there, my Avenger was pretty quick with the few mods i had done to it. A Sebring LXI is a ****load heavier.

I don't appreciate being called a liar, you weren't there so you know shiiit!!

Have you looked at my sig, I DO have a nice list of mods done to my car. I don't think i'd have had to work that hard to beat a V6.

Would you like me to carry a camera so i can try and take pic's next time?? Damn

I honestly don't know, but I can tell you from the V6's I have raced in the past, this was by far faster.

Hell, i don't know that he didn't just give up after 110 because he couldn't pull ahead of me.

I look at it like this, he started it, I finished it. I wasn't even looking for a race, i just wanted to go home, grab a beer and chill.
