Yall must have some slow cars out your way...you should go to Houston, I heard it's the f-body capital of the world. You have to run mid 12's here just to stay up with most street cars, and we, by no means, have fast street cars. Hell, why do you think I bought nitrous? I THOUGHT I had a quick car, until I realized everyone else was just as quick as me.

 

A lot of people here where I live is more appearance oriented. Im about to start porting my plenum tonight and maybe finish it tomorrow im hoping. Everyone says that will put me at low 12.9's. Thats all I want is a 12 second timeslip as NA... then it will be on with FI! LOL

 

I hear ya. I think you'll be the first one here to actually run 12's on motor, at least in a mod motor. Ahh, FI. The fun you'll have. At least we can then continue our **** talking on who has the fastest car. My juiced LS1 or your blown/turbo GT. [8D]

 

You're from North Carolina... So maybe one day in the next year we can run. I go back and forth to Ga all the time but im not sure how my schedule is gonna work out as a civilian... so we will have to see.

damn you must be retarded to say an ls1 vette runs mid 14's@ 114-115 wtf? first of all with a decent driver those things should be running 13.3's. But any car that is trapping around 114-115 is capable of running mid to high 12's with the right traction and no extra power mods.
That driver must have been the worst ****ing driver in the untied states seriously.

 

I love all the "LS1" geniuses in here. He was kidding. We all know what LS1 Vettes run.
