Default 03 Cobra Convertible Question

I have a convertible cobra. I recentally purches it a month ago. I just now noticed that when the top is down and i raise it, the passenger side seems to drag a little compared to the driver side. Is this normal? Basically the driver side of the canopy raises slightly faster than the passenger side. I just want to make sure there is nothing wrong with it. Maybe cause that's the side teh motor is on? I duno, please post your remarks about this.

I also purchased an 03 convertible about a month ago. I have not had any problems with mine so I honestly dont know what it could be. Best of luck with fixing it.

My last snake was a vert and it did a similar thing! As long as it opens and closes good, you are in good shape!

Check and make sure all the hardware is good and tight. As far as I know, all convert tops only have one motor so that would have nothing to do with one side going up better than the other. My guess is that one side is just tighter than the other one which might be "slipping" a little as it goes up.

How do i make sure one side is "tighter". Can you explain more?
Do you think its a big problem, or maybe i shouldn't worry about it?

As long as it is not more than an inch or 2, I don't think it is a problem. I agree it is most likely one side is just a little easier to move.
