Black Snake

Hello fellows kinda feels odd posting on a non-5.0 forum, but I crashed my car and purchased a Cobra.
Now I have a couple question in regards to interchangable parts from 5.0 to 4.6.

Now ive researched this all day long so im not just posting this blind. Here goes.

I have a 90mm LMAF from the 5.0 will it fit on the Cobra?
BBK 255 pump?
Regulator?
Eibach spring?
Spec Clutch?
Hurst Short shift?

Now before you post and Say hell no or bash me. I went On the Spec website to look at clutches for the Cobra, The Part numbers are the same for the 5.0 and 4.6. I have less than 300 miles on my spec 2+ clutch from my 5 liter.
I work at a parts store and I looked at the Eibach springs and they are also the same part number.
I went on the 50resto web site and they have shifter for both t-5 and t-45 trannys which are the same.
Any help?

the clutch the short throw and the springs should fit idk if i would recomend useing a used clutch in the new car but that is ur call the maf the 255 pump n the regulator prolly wont work
