Default ABS Light

I own a 1999 Cobra and cannot figure out why my ABS light stays on. I checked all the sensors and they appear to look fine. I cleaned them and reinstalled them front and rear. Still the light stays on. Has anyone had the same issue? How does it change my braking? Also, I really can't stand those dummy lights being on. Drives me nuts. What should my next step be? Removing each sensor and replacing them sounds like a pain.

Sounds like one of your fuses is blown. There is a 50 amp (I believe) under hood by drivers strut tower, and a second under dash. Also, are all your tires the same diameter? It doesn't take much for the sensor to pick up a differential in rotational speed.
