your stock heads flow enough to support 5-600 horsepower as it is. so why would you spend 1500+ dollars on ported heads when you could put that money into f/i you already know your going to purchase.

The thing about that is I don't want down time. I'd have to buy a new/used set and have those ported so I could still drive mine.

Well who knows, 500-600 might not be enough haha

what your not getting is that any of those stock heads are not going to be a real upgrade, and there are plenty of reasons not to buy 03 cobra heads... not complete anyway. The best thing you can do is get yours ported and get the imrc delete, as far as the heads go. However, you must realize that your just set on doing your own thing, and in all honesty starting with FI is going to be a better option for you.
