This is the email response that I got from Jay: "No real Power difference, at least that's measurable" .... So it's really up to you!! ...Sounds like you want the CF set-up!

Yup, then I'm getting it. The base kit. I don't need the billet flange, heat shield or the filter. Can Jay hook up a good deal?

JLT FTW!!!! Great bunch of people I talked to them at mustang week last year and I got myself a CAI for my cobra but I havent installed it yet (going to get a lower pulley first)
