I'd be inclined to think that an E85-fueled 684-rwhp 2003 Terminator Mustang Cobra that's undergone some weight reduction would fare better against a “DriverMod” SRT Viper TA.

Says the srt viper ta has tune and bolt-ons. I sold my srt viper in December, but remember that a lightly modded srt viper was getting easy 700+ hp, maybe 730 (cannot remember), naturally aspirated. A tune alone will make a significant difference.
Round 2 looked like a draw. Even the viper driver commented that was close.
The srt viper base is actually pound for pound faster than the TA straight line. It's 100+ lbs lighter. Regardless, both cars are silly fast.
