type of oil
I have a 97 cobra. has 90+k miles on it. I was wondering what type of oil should I use. The dealer told me that i should use full syntetic, 5w30 in winter and 10w30 summer. Me and my dad think that an engine like that should use something like Xw40, what do you guys recomend?
Also, what should the pressure on the front and rear tires be? stock wheel and tires. Oh, and how many oil 1/4's does it usually take?
God Bless!!!

RE: type of oil
There is a 0W40 Mobil1 that I use in all my cars in winter. It was originally marketed by Mobil in a silver container labeled as "European Formula" and was touted as the oil used by the factory in Porsche Turbos and GT3s (true). It now has earned certification to US standards and comes labeled just as a standard 0W40 Mobil1 all synthetic oil. Hard to find and expensive - about $8-$9/quart.
