that's because you needed them. I didn't need them when I lowered my car, so I think I can say with certainty you don't need them in some cases.

I think maybe my statement "cc plates are not needing for "any type of lowering" was confusing? I meant you don't always need them in a lowered car, not that you never need them. I didn't need them with my ford racing springs.
It was a little confusing but I guess you are forgivin....this time.
