Default a . . . noise?

so it seems my stang has developed a popping type noise (in the front i think) but it only happens when the weight shifts usually when im backing out of my drive way and i have to go back left then stop to turn right up the road that it when its most noteable and at other lower speed weight shifts does anyone know what this is? its not a really loud pop just a small series of them maybe from the right front(maybe i need urathanes and other suspension upgrades)

Ball joints or tie rod ends. Mine does it too, but I'm ordering some tubular control arms and a bumpsteer kit to replace the worn out stock stuff.
