Exactly, it's a shame that it seems no one.. including myself, can post anything without getting flamed on stupid threads like these. I expressed my honest view instead bashing someone on their wing. It's their car, so I don't care what they modify, but street racing affects me. I don't wanna die from someone street racing, drinkin' and drivin', talking on the cell phone, or any careless BS behind the wheel. Just saying that street racing is stupid, I've never done it,and I would hope some of you would admitthat it's wrong too. I'm probably gonna get ridiculed/flamed for this too. I don't care!!! AND THIS IS NOT REALLY AN INFORMATIVE TECH THREAD TO ME. SHOULDN'T THIS BE MOVED TO GENERAL DISCUSSION PLEASE???

 

Yeah... It should be REmoved... kuz everyone likes to go around flamming new comers (and people standing up for the new comers)instead of helping them..

nobody actually tries to learn anything
when i first got my car and joined these forums you know what i did for like the first 2 or 3 weeks? i read threads
i didnt post, i just read and came up with questions
then i made a thread of my own, somthing i try to do very sparingly
and i asked in a very humble way that i didnt know much about cars and that i needed to know stuff

now people come on and theyre all the same, i can find you 10 threads that were all posted by different people but are all more or less the same

seriously, we need to make a newbie section
try to weed out this crap from the serious tech articles, it is soooo annoying trying to come in here and browse through them when every other topic is
"dood i want some 18 inch cobras"
or
"best cai?"
or my personal fav
"which exhaust is best"

make a newbie section and then put sub forums in there
wheels
basic mods
appearence
exhaust

that would cut down on soooooo much of the noob threads and the flaming in the tech section

but thats just my 2 cents

 

Thats a great idea spoke! Kuz the same question gets asked all the time and they usually end up being by some new guy who thought a generic autozone part would look cool and give him some propaganda amount of horses and they end up getting flammed kuz they didnt kno any better. I agree with spoke we need a newb section

how do you know the fastest car is a honda so with a shot? did he tell you, did he race one person and win. i remember when i was in high school, not too long ago im 20, the there was never a fastest car at school, because this person has this in the garage or blah blah. and im putting a zex kit onto a honda del sol si which is classified as a civic, and it will be pushing some hp and will be quick, but they arent all what they seem to be. i lost to it by half a car. and i had a jump on him ( before the shot ). gt's would i believe at least the newer ones, not the non pi headed ones will eat those cars all day.
now read through the forums and come to your own conclusion on how to mod. my first thing i would do is get my money back for the wing, my opinion though. i was a noob on here not to long ago, and i never asked how to gain hp, why. because its on every page of this forum website atleast once.
