My mechanic used to work for Ford Dealership. This is what they used and charged $50.

The actual name is BG 44K. It removes engine deposits in combustion chambers, intake manifolds, ports and on valves. It restores flow in fuel injectors and cleans the entire fuel system. Also improves fuel economy and reduces exhaust emissions.

Here is the company's link.

50$ for 44k? I hope they sold it by the gallon and not those little bottles.

It's just another brand of fuel cleaner..

The enitre service was $50. The bottle is $7.50. On Ebay they sell it in packs of 2 for $16

tires: fronts 38 psi, rears 35 for fuel economy
oil + filter
plug/wires/coil
fuel filter
remove excess weight
shove a rag under the gas pedal
CAI
gas milage tune
UDP
catback
This is the correct answer.

Additionally, use SEAFOAM, not 44k. seafoam is much more reputable and it is fantastic. a gallon costs $45, and you only need1 pint every 5k miles, so one gallon will last 40k miles and it will easily pay for itself 10 times over and keep your engine clean and running smooth, plus vastly improve gas mileage. it's easy to apply the seafoam yourself. simply put 1/3 in the crankcase, 1/3 in gas tank, 1/3 thru PCV line, then drive around a few blocks and change the oil.

do NOT buy into Ethos FR. it does NOTHING as I know from personal experience. they do offer a double money back guaruntee, plus $100 in free gas, however, so I am waiting right now for my double money back since the product did absolutley nothing. I still would not put some foreign substance like ethos in your vehicle. I damn myself for subjecting my baby to that crap.

do as say, thx
