Default ABS Light

Ok so i was changing my oil today so i said to my self i'll just check everything else in the car. I was looking at the fuse box and i saw i was missing a fuse. So i checked my diagram and put the fuse back in the box. I started my car up and started to drive then i noticed my abs light never with off so i'm wondering if theres something wrong?

Before I put the fuse in i was missing some of my lights in my dash when u first start the car.

I got another question. When u first start the car are all the lights in the dash light up and turn off? Because the traction control light never turns on even if i puss the button.

Help please.
