kool yes she woke right up when i tested the maf so....I hope that fixs it.BUt check and see if you do cause they want like $40 for it here new

lol go back and read the very first post it says friends mustang! Yes my stang is down and i wil post on that when i can get time to get pics of the motor or tear it down maybe friday my next day off......untill then i will have to drive a HONDA! i feel really dumb driving it

 

You mean you had the maf unhooked the entire time?

That will probably fix your problem. Mine threw the tps code for awhile on mine but the car ran fine. I had a bad splice, which is why i say check your wires.

 

we did and yes we left it unhooked without even thinking about it cause we'er trying to jump around between cars the other night and got lost on install.



What the hell does the tps do?
ohh and my friend said it made i pop sound when he was tunring it trying to get it lined on the 2 holes so it might be broken

 

you gotta take your time and do things the right way the first time lol.....i learned that the hard way

 

does your friends car look excatally the same as yours cause the car in your avi is the car in your vids im fairly confused at this moment

 

they are pretty close but his dont have a wing and and the black rocker panel stickers. and his rims and all messed up

 

To my understanding the TPS or throttle position sensor marks where the throttle body is open to. This along with the maf and everything else cordinates the air/fuel ratio. If its messed up then the engine does not get the right mix and bogs down the engine.
