Wait. You do have the maf on you intake right?? Ant the tps tells the computer how far the throttle body is open so it can adjust fuel accordingly. Make sure all your wires are right cause i know you had to cut them to extend them.

ok when you tried it with the stock maf just to try you said your self it was respondeing better due to the maf conneted this time i would run the intake tubbing with the maf. clear the codes disconect the negative battery cable and then wait 2 min the reconnect and then try again. and see if that helps if the tps is still bad and throwing a code i would see if you can get another one and try that out.
