When you change out your air filter (or any filter really for that matter) you don't "gain" any HP. You can "free" up some HP by removing some things restricting the way your engine breaths but don't by a K&N filter just for the HP promos.

Get a K&N versus cheap paper only if you want a reusable filter that works better, but don't count on feeling any more power.

 

What about reusable dry filters? Anyone got one?
