Default Exhaust manifold bolt problem

I was using millimeters like a idiot (should have used American measurements) and I stripped two of the nuts on the exhaust manifold that connects to the head. Now I can't get the nut off. Anyway to just take the whole stud out? What size socket would get the stud out of the head? Or is there still a way to take off the stripped nut?

I believe it's 5.5mm to take the stud out.

The studs are 5.5mm, and nuts are either 10mm or 12mm.

Get with the program, Standard stuff is being phased out slowly but surely, the US in the only country in the world that ever used it, and product manufacturers don't want to carry tooling for metric, standard, and imperial, when metric is the most commonly used.
