Default V6 mustang with auto tranny has problems accelerating

Hi my car doesn't seem to accelerate right when i'm driving my car will be running at 2000 rpm's (for example) and then drop down to around 1700 or 1800 rpm's then continue to accelerate like it normally would and usually when i start my car doesn't seem to build rpm's as good as it use to. i've looked many places and haven't found any problems like this any suggestions?

Sugesstion number 1, a tune. It will help you with that auto tranny deficit.

Well, a tune up could def be in order. When is the last time you changed your trans filter/fluid??

Well you drive a 95 and I am guessing you don't know the last time you have had the trans fluid/filter changed so again that would be the first thing to do. Along with a full tune up just for the hell of it (plugs, wires, cap, rotor(if 95 still had I don't remember)).
A tune shouldn't be needed to fix your issue but you would feel a difference bc you can change shift points around a little.
